About the Role

Drivers will operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, from convenient home-base terminals. The role is designed for drivers seeking a stable schedule with weekly home time and a 100% touch freight environment.
Compensation & Perks
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,450, supplemented by a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation includes trip pay calculated at $0.63 per cpm based on dispatched miles, route specifics, and experience level. Additional earnings opportunities are available through unload, stop, and backhaul pay. The company also provides paid orientation upon completion and hiring.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The application process requires passing a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding DUI/DWI history and drug-related convictions. Drivers with SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) status are not eligible for hire.
