Dedicated Company Truck Driver Opportunities

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our dedicated fleet. This role offers the stability of a company truck with the opportunity for consistent home time and competitive earnings, potentially reaching $70,000 or more annually depending on the route and location. Bonuses may be available for qualifying drivers.

About the Role

As a dedicated driver, you will operate a company truck on specific routes tailored to your area. This position is designed for drivers who value reliability and the ability to return home regularly. While home time varies by location, the dedicated nature of the accounts often provides a more predictable schedule compared to over-the-road driving. Some dedicated accounts may also include unloading duties and stop pay.

Qualifications and Safety Standards

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. All candidates must pass a DOT physical and drug test.

Our safety standards are strict. Applicants must have no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years and no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years. Moving violations are limited to no more than two in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Candidates with drug-related convictions within the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) or any positive/refused drug tests in the past 10 years with a CDL-A/CLP are not eligible. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
