We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our dedicated fleet. This role offers the stability of a company truck with the opportunity to earn up to $70,000 or more annually, depending on the route and location. Dedicated drivers benefit from great home time and the potential for performance bonuses.
Routes vary by location, so we encourage interested candidates to call and ask for details regarding specific opportunities available in their area. Paid orientation is provided upon completion and hiring, and sign-on bonuses may be available depending on the specific account.
To ensure the safety and reliability of our fleet, all applicants must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) and be at least 21 years old. Candidates must possess a minimum of three months of verifiable driving experience.
We maintain strict safety standards regarding driving history. Applicants must have no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years and no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, there should be no more than two moving violations in the last two years.
Regarding substance use and legal history, candidates must not have a DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Drivers must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. There can be no drug-related convictions within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no positive or refused drug tests in the past 10 years for those with a CDL-A or CLP. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
