Compensation & Perks
In addition to competitive trip pay calculated at $0.63 per cpm based on route and experience, new drivers can receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The role includes specialized pay for unloads, stops, and backhauls, along with paid vacation after one year of service. Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation session upon completion and hiring. All applicants are required to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record standards apply, including limits on preventable accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 to 10 years.
