Class A CDL Company Driver - Dedicated - Dry Van

About the Role

Join our dedicated fleet as a CDL-A Truck Driver, where you can expect an average weekly pay of $1,450 plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. This position offers home weekly schedules and 100% touch freight, ensuring you maintain control over your load from start to finish. Drivers benefit from additional compensation through unload, stop, and backhaul pay, alongside paid vacation after one year of service.

Equipment and Support

We provide newer equipment averaging 18 months old to ensure reliability on the road. Our convenient home-base terminals are strategically located to support your route, and you will have access to 24/7 driver support whenever you need assistance. Paid orientation is provided upon completion and hiring to get you started on the right foot.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The application process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, applicants must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
