To ensure the safety and reliability of our fleet, all applicants must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and be at least 21 years old. Candidates must possess at least three months of verifiable driving experience.
We maintain strict safety standards regarding driving history. Applicants are limited to no more than one preventable on-road accident involving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) in the last two years, with no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Moving violations are capped at two in the last two years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding DUI/DWI offenses and drug-related convictions, with specific look-back periods depending on whether the offense occurred while holding a CDL. All candidates must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test; those with positive or refused tests in the past 10 years while holding a CDL-A or CLP, or those currently in the SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) program, are not eligible for hire.
