About the Role

Join our dedicated truck driving team to deliver 100% touch freight with a focus on reliability and consistency. This position offers a home-weekly schedule, allowing you to maintain a steady routine while earning an average of $1,450 per week. The role is designed for drivers who value newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, and convenient home-base terminals that support a balanced lifestyle.

Compensation & Perks

Drivers in this dedicated position can expect a competitive pay structure including trip pay based on dispatched miles ($0.63 cpm), along with additional earnings for unload, stop, and backhaul pay. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. The company also provides paid orientation upon completion and hiring, ensuring you are set up for success from day one.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The application process includes a review of your driving record, which must show no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and meet strict DUI/DWI and drug test history standards. Successful applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug test. Note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
