About the Role
Join our dedicated fleet as a CDL-A Truck Driver on a route designed for consistency and reliability. This position offers a home-weekly schedule, allowing you to maintain a steady rhythm between the road and your personal life. You will operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, ensuring a comfortable and safe driving experience.
Compensation & Perks
Drivers in this dedicated role average $1,450 per week. In addition to competitive trip pay calculated at $0.63 per mile based on route and experience, this position includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The role features 100% touch freight, meaning you will handle the cargo from start to finish, and includes additional compensation for unload, stop, and backhaul pay.

Hiring Process & Eligibility
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable on-road accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years. Drivers currently in the SAP program are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications; please contact a recruiter for detailed terms.
