About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a dedicated route with a commitment to home weekly. This position offers a stable opportunity to drive 100% touch freight, ensuring you spend your time on the road rather than in the yard. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,900+ per week, with top earners averaging $2,200. The role includes comprehensive compensation structures such as unload, stop, and backhaul pay, alongside a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Equipment and Support
You will operate newer equipment, with our fleet averaging just 18 months old. We provide convenient home-base terminals to minimize deadhead time and ensure a comfortable home life. Our commitment to your well-being extends to 24/7 driver support, ensuring you are never stranded or unsupported on the road.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation upon completion and hiring. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications; please contact a recruiter for detailed eligibility criteria.

Requirements

- verifiedNo more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- verifiedNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
