Drivers operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, ensuring a reliable and comfortable ride. The role features 100% touch freight, providing drivers with the opportunity to unload, stop, and utilize backhaul pay to maximize earnings.
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,450, supplemented by a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation includes trip pay calculated at $0.63 per dispatched mile, varying by route and experience. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Candidates with a DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) or drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) are not eligible.
