About the Role
We are hiring Casual CDL A drivers in El Paso, TX, for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value predictability and respect. You will enjoy a schedule that allows you to be home every three days, leaving on the same day every week. The position features dedicated regional runs with consistent freight and no forced dispatch—ever.
Our fleet consists of brand-new equipment, with new trucks arriving in May 2026. The work environment is supported by a dedicated operations team, and the role includes a high volume of drop-and-hook operations (65%+). Drivers have the opportunity to control their earnings through a mileage incentive program and benefit from guaranteed pay increases every 12 months.
