About the Opportunity

Dollar Tree is seeking a dedicated CDL-A driver to support its logistics network out of Cowpens, SC. This role is designed for drivers who thrive in an active environment and value a consistent schedule that allows them to return home weekly.

The Role

As a dedicated driver, you will operate top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions, pulling 53' dry trailers. The position involves delivering approximately three loads per week, covering an estimated 1,100 miles across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio. A key aspect of this role is the hands-on nature of the work; drivers are required to hand-unload trailers using rollers. When backhauling to the Distribution Center, you will typically handle no-touch live loads.

Schedule & Equipment

This full-time position offers a 34-hour weekly reset, with days off falling either from Friday night to Saturday or Saturday night to Sunday. Drivers are provided with high-quality equipment and have the flexibility to take trucks home for parking, provided it is done in a safe and secure manner. For those living near Cowpens, the account also offers designated parking facilities for the equipment.

Compensation & Benefits

Drivers are compensated through a combination of mileage and stop pay.
