About the Opportunity
Join our team as a CDL-A Driver supporting a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in West Memphis, AR. This full-time role is designed for drivers who thrive on an active schedule and value consistent home time. You will be responsible for delivering customer freight across a multi-state region, including Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama.
The Role in Action
On average, you will deliver three loads per week, making three stops per load and covering an estimated 1,500 miles. The position requires unloading a full truckload using roto-carts and lift gates at each destination. You will operate sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers. A key requirement of this role is the ability to park your truck at home or a secure location when not on the road.
Compensation & Schedule
This position offers a competitive compensation structure combining mileage pay and stop pay, along with a weekly pay schedule. Drivers enjoy a 34-hour reset weekly, ensuring regular time at home.
