About the Role
We are hiring casual CDL A drivers in El Paso, TX for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value predictability and autonomy. You will operate on a schedule that guarantees home time every three days, allowing you to leave on the same day every week. The position features dedicated regional runs with consistent freight and a high volume of drop-and-hook operations (65%+).
Unlike many other carriers, Sky Transportation offers a "no forced dispatch" policy, giving you control over your route and schedule. You will drive a well-maintained fleet of brand-new equipment, with new trucks arriving in May 2026. The work environment is supported by a dedicated operations team, and the onboarding process is streamlined with an easy, one-day paid orientation.
