About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers earning over $1,650 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust partnership opportunity with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split) and an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is available to help you find a compatible teammate, or you may bring a family member or friend along the road.

Drivers benefit from 24/7 support to assist with any challenges encountered during transit. Application and Hiring
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Candidates with a DUI/DWI within the past five years (or ten years if holding a CDL) or drug-related convictions within the same timeframe are not eligible. SAP drivers are also ineligible for hire.
