About the Role
We are hiring Casual CDL A Drivers in El Paso, TX, for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value predictability and respect. You will enjoy a schedule that allows you to be home every three days, leaving on the same day every week. The position features dedicated regional runs with consistent freight and a high volume of drop-and-hook operations (65%+).
Our fleet consists of brand-new equipment, with new trucks arriving in May 2026. We pride ourselves on a supportive operations team and a policy of no forced dispatch—ever. The work environment is built on consistency, ensuring you have guaranteed miles and a clear path for pay increases every 12 months.
