Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAnalyze and process workers compensation claims to determine exposure and ensure timely resolution
- check_circleInvestigate and gather information to determine the financial exposure on claims
- check_circleNegotiate settlement of claims within designated authority limits
- check_circleReport claims to excess carriers and respond to their requests professionally and timely
- check_circleCommunicate claim activity and processing status with claimants and clients
Requirements
- verified5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED required
- verifiedBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- verifiedProfessional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
