About the Role
As the Assistant Director at our Wilmington, NC location, you will join a team that is making a difference. This role exists to ensure the seamless daily operations of our childcare center while upholding our high standards for state licensing and company policies. You will be the bridge between administration and the classroom, partnering with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
In this position, you will support teachers in implementing our curriculum to create developmentally appropriate environments that spark curiosity. Your day will involve performing key administrative duties, conducting impactful tours for prospective families, and maintaining accurate records. You will also nurture positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing representatives, and the community, stepping into the classroom to assist and support staff whenever needed.
