Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead within the Electronics and Payloads Division to support our Eastern Region Engineering Team. This position will be located in Baltimore, MD.
The Space Hardware IPT Lead will focus on program execution responsibilities. The programmatic focus will be on activities to develop key technologies, integrate and shape solutions for the Space Payload and Ground Systems Division, while also supporting the creation of new strategies to win and execute future development programs. You will lead a cross-discipline engineering team, typically ranging from 5-25 people, and interface with Engineering & Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, System, Software, and Mission Assurance.
This role operates in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative team settings. The position is hybrid, requiring 80% on-site presence and 20% remote work. Candidates must live in the local area. Travel is required for 10% of the time.
