We are seeking a dedicated Batchmaker / Chemical Operator for our Tampa plant. In this role, you will be the hands-on driver of our production quality, adding raw materials to mixers according to precise batch instruction sheets. Your work ensures that every product meets our high standards for quality and safety while adhering to established standard operating procedures.
Your day-to-day involves blending and weighing ingredients to exact specifications, performing periodic sampling for quality control, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and QC technicians throughout the batch process. You will also be responsible for recording inventory movements, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and assisting in the training of new personnel on the safe operation of mixing equipment. This position requires flexibility to adapt to peak season demands, which includes working overtime and Saturdays, with shifts running from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
