This role is designed to bridge the gap between market insights and commercial execution. You will create customized channel and customer promotions, products, and packaging based on a deep understanding of channel shoppers and customers. Your work will directly support account Sales Managers by developing the associated sales presentations and collateral needed for successful customer sell-ins.
In this position, you will drive the journey of new items from initial concept to commercialization. You will conduct market product and packaging gap analyses, develop customized programs and packaging configurations, and manage the execution of new item mixes and custom displays. Beyond product development, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing details, contribute to digital marketing calendars, and assist in strategic brainstorming for new promotions and product naming.
