About the Role
As Chair of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, you will provide strategic oversight for all divisions, guiding the development of clinical services, education, and research. This is a rare opportunity to lead a respected and inspiring team while advancing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Working closely with Division Chiefs, administrative partners, and School of Medicine leadership, you will strengthen clinical programs, support regional growth, and foster collaboration across the health system. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding comprehensive Ob/Gyn services while maintaining national quality and safety standards, ensuring the department's fiscal and operational performance, and cultivating an inclusive, supportive culture for faculty, staff, and learners.
