About the Role

As a Certified Veterinary Technician Shift Lead at our Coral Gables Miami Beach Station, you will work alongside pet health care industry experts to make a difference in the lives of the pets and clients we serve. This role is designed for those who bring not only technical credentials but also a passion for pets and a desire to develop alongside their peers.

In this position, you will define a clear career path for continued growth and learning. You will act as the extra eyes, ears, and hands for the veterinarian, ensuring the best quality pet care while maximizing the team's productivity. The Shift Lead plays a pivotal role in managing the flow of clients and pets, mentoring new paraprofessional associates, and supporting the Practice Manager in creating an environment where the team can deliver quality, efficient, and effective veterinary care.
