We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team in Dover, Ohio. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule with call requirements, providing 100% anesthesia care for diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures. About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for performing and documenting pre-anesthetic assessments, developing and implementing anesthetic care plans, and selecting, obtaining, and administering anesthesia including induction, maintenance, and emergence. You will monitor patient status and respond appropriately to physiologic changes, providing post-anesthesia evaluation and care. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. The role requires standing, walking, lifting, and patient transport, and necessitates strict adherence to appropriate PPE and safety protocols.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited CRNA program with active RN and CRNA licensure in Ohio. NBCRNA certification and CPC are required. BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or Red Cross) are mandatory, and PALS and NRP may be required depending on the setting.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $143,960 - $259,110 annually, based on experience, skills, and education. Additional incentives include a sign-on bonus and student loan repayment opportunities.
