We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide (HHA) to reliably serve patients in BAYADA’s Assistive Care Division.
The Role
As a BAYADA HHA, you’ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with activities of daily living, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
While you support clients one-on-one with activities of daily living, we’ll support you with training, flexibility, and a team dedicated to creating a great employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- check_circlePerform range of motion exercises and assist with ambulation and transfers
- check_circleAssist clients with household support tasks such as light housekeeping and laundry
- check_circleAdminister medication reminders according to the care plan
- check_circleFollow written plans of care established by registered nurses
- check_circlePrepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Requirements
- verified1+ year of verifiable caregiving experience OR active CNA/LNA certification
- verifiedActive CNA/LNA certification
- verifiedAbility to travel to clients' homes
