About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Granny Nannies, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care in accordance with established care plans. Your primary focus is on assisting patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. This includes helping with bathing, dressing, and grooming to ensure comfort and dignity. You will also monitor and record patients' vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff. Additionally, you will assist with mobility and transfer of patients using proper body mechanics. You will communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns. You will maintain a clean and organized patient environment. You will follow all safety and infection control protocols.
