About the Role
As a Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA), you will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your role involves developing an awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting them in maximizing their independence and participation. You will provide exemplary care ranging from basic needs and activities of daily living to recreational activities, helping to create a safe environment for resident care. Whether you are a new graduate or bringing prior caregiving experience, you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents every day.
