We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on an on-call basis. This role is designed for those who want to provide direct patient care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while ensuring patient comfort and safety. You will work collaboratively with the nursing team, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills in a supportive environment.
As a CNA, you will be the eyes and ears of the nursing staff, monitoring vital signs and responding promptly to patient needs. Your day will involve providing personal care, assisting with mobility and transfers, and participating in activities that promote patient well-being. We value empathy and confidentiality, expecting you to maintain a clean, safe environment while adhering to infection control protocols.
