About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on an on-call (Per Diem) basis. This role is vital to ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. You will serve as a vital link in the care team, providing direct patient care and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as toileting, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
In this position, you will work collaboratively with the nursing team, demonstrating excellent communication and empathy. Your day will involve monitoring and recording vital signs, assisting with mobility and transfers, and responding promptly to patient needs. You will also help promote patient engagement through activities and maintain a clean, safe environment by adhering to strict infection control protocols. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and providing high-quality customer service to patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements
- verifiedCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
