We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on an on-call (Per Diem) basis. This role is vital to our mission of ensuring patient comfort and safety. You will provide direct patient care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as toileting, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Your day will involve monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility and transfers, and providing patient assistance including feeding and medication reminders.
Success in this position requires more than technical skill; it demands a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills. You will work collaboratively with the nursing team, responding promptly to patient needs and participating in activities that promote resident well-being and engagement. We are looking for someone who can work independently while thriving as part of a supportive team.
