We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on an on-call basis. This role is designed for those who want to provide direct patient care while ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents. You will work collaboratively with the nursing team, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as toileting, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Your day will involve monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility and transfers, and responding promptly to patient needs with empathy and excellent communication.
As a CNA at HumanGood, you will help residents realize their full human potential. You will maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to infection control protocols and ensure the confidentiality of all patient information. This position requires open availability for Per Diem shifts, offering flexibility while allowing you to contribute to a supportive and purposeful community.
