About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on an on-call basis. This role is vital to ensuring patient comfort and safety, serving as a bridge between medical care and daily living. You will work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide direct patient care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as toileting, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
In this position, you will monitor and record vital signs, assist with mobility and transfers, and provide patient assistance including feeding and medication reminders. Your ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team will be essential in demonstrating compassion and empathy. You will also play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring the confidentiality of all patient information.

Requirements
