About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on an on-call, per diem basis. This role is vital to ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. You will serve as a vital link between residents and the nursing team, providing direct care with a focus on dignity and empathy.
In this position, you will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Your day will involve monitoring and recording vital signs, assisting with mobility and transfers, and maintaining a clean, safe environment that adheres to strict infection control protocols. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team, as well as the ability to respond promptly to patient needs.
