We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on an on-call basis. This role exists to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being through direct care and collaboration with the nursing team. You will be the eyes and hands of our care team, assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
In this position, you will work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals, demonstrating excellent communication and empathy. Your day will involve monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility and transfers, and providing personal care such as grooming and hygiene. You will also engage residents in activities to promote their well-being, responding promptly to their needs with a focus on dignity and respect.
