We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on an on-call (Per Diem) basis. This role is vital to ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. You will provide direct patient care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as toileting, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Your day will involve monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility and transfers, and responding promptly to patient needs with empathy and excellent communication.
As a key member of the nursing team, you will work collaboratively to maintain a clean and safe environment while adhering to strict infection control protocols. You will also serve as a bridge between residents, their families, and the healthcare team, ensuring that patient information remains confidential at all times.
