At HumanGood, we are driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive. When you join us, you are part of something bigger, making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents every day. We are committed to helping our team members and residents realize their full human potential.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on an on-call basis. This role exists to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents by providing direct, personalized care. You will be the eyes and hands of the nursing team, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
In this position, you will work collaboratively with nurses and the broader healthcare team to deliver exceptional care. Your day will involve monitoring vital signs, responding promptly to resident needs, and fostering a supportive atmosphere through excellent communication and empathy. Whether you are assisting with feeding, providing hygiene support, or simply engaging residents in activities, your dedication directly contributes to a confident and secure life for our community members.
