About the Role
This position is a unique opportunity to operate as the de facto CEO of a small, scaling organization. The role is heavily focused on retail platform management rather than institutional work. You will be expected to leverage experience from larger brokerages to build and direct product, technology, and operations teams. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing end-to-end operations, ensuring platform stability, and managing critical functions like trading, customer onboarding, and funding flows. You will act as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues while driving efficiency through improved workflows and system integrations.
Who We Are Looking For
We are specifically seeking an expat candidate willing to relocate to Hanoi, Vietnam. Ideal candidates possess strong brokerage operations experience, potentially at a manager level, and are comfortable operating in a hands-on leadership capacity. You should have a deep understanding of highly-regulated businesses, commercial acumen for growth strategy, and the ability to mentor a strong leadership team while maintaining a hands-on presence.
