About the Role

Live haul drivers are the vital link between poultry farms and processing plants, ensuring the safe and timely transport of birds. This position offers local, home-daily routes, allowing drivers to return home each evening while maintaining a critical role in the supply chain.

Drivers operate under the 3rd Shift schedule, navigating the unique demands of transporting live animals. The role requires a commitment to safety and compliance, ensuring that every load is secured properly and that all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, company policies, and local laws are strictly followed. Drivers are responsible for performing pre-trip inspections, maintaining truck cleanliness, and completing all necessary documentation to keep operations running smoothly.
