About the Role
As a Feed Haul Driver on the 2nd Shift, you will play a vital role in our local supply chain by transporting feed between mills and poultry farms. This position is designed for drivers who value home-daily routes, allowing you to return home each evening while ensuring our growers receive the resources they need.
Your day involves delivering feed to various destinations, performing thorough pre-trip inspections to guarantee load safety, and maintaining constant communication with dispatchers. You will operate in an outdoor environment, navigating inclement weather and working around raw, live animal odors as part of your daily routine. Compliance with all DOT, biosecurity, and federal regulations is essential to maintaining the integrity of our operations.
