About the Role

The Roll-Off Driver is responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. You will service industrial, residential, or recycling routes to mechanically collect construction debris, solid waste, or recyclables and transport them to post-collection facilities for proper disposal. This role requires maneuvering a roll-off truck along designated routes, exchanging or delivering containers, and ensuring the safe operation of equipment in various environments.

As a key member of the team, you will interact directly with customers and the general public, answering questions and responding to requests with professionalism. Your work ensures that customer sites remain clean and safe by managing loose debris and adhering to strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and daily vehicle inspections.
