About the Role
PODS is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver to support our Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you'll operate a commercial vehicle to deliver, pick up, and reposition portable storage containers for residential and commercial customers. As the face of PODS in the field, you'll provide friendly, solutions-oriented service, handle containers with care, and problem-solve on-site challenges.
You will complete daily inspections, follow DOT and company safety standards, and use onboard systems to manage routes and documentation. This position offers the opportunity to join a growing company where you can build logistics and customer service skills and advance within a nationwide network.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSafely operate CDL vehicle to transport PODS containers to and from customer locations
- check_circlePerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- check_circleSecure, load, and unload containers using company-approved methods and equipment
- check_circleFollow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations and policies
- check_circleProvide professional, courteous onsite customer service and resolve basic service issues
- check_circleCommunicate with dispatch and operations to manage routes, schedules, and changes
- check_circleReport vehicle issues, incidents, and delivery challenges promptly
- check_circleMaintain clean, organized truck and ensure proper use of PPE and safety gear
Requirements
