PODS is seeking a safe and reliable CDL Driver to join our Transportation & Logistics team. As the face of PODS, you will be the primary point of contact for residential and commercial customers, providing friendly and professional service at every stop. About the Role
In this field-based position, you will operate a CDL vehicle to deliver, pick up, and reposition portable storage containers. Your day will involve navigating local routes, adapting to changing traffic and weather conditions, and ensuring all containers are securely loaded and unloaded following strict safety procedures. You will serve as a problem-solver on-site, addressing customer questions and resolving basic issues while maintaining a positive brand image.
You will work closely with dispatch and operations to meet route schedules and support yard activities, including staging and organizing containers. This role requires a balance of independent driving and collaborative communication to ensure productivity goals are met while adhering to all DOT and company safety standards.
