About the Role
As a Contract Driver (1099, Solo) operating a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes, you will be the backbone of our delivery network. This role is designed for drivers who value independence and reliability, handling an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week. You will manage your own load and unload processes, ensuring that every delivery is completed with the precision and care our clients expect.
Home Time & Schedule
This position offers a flexible schedule where you can stay out as long as you wish. The standard expectation is 21 days out, after which you are eligible for 3 days of home time. Please note that weekends at home are not guaranteed, allowing you to tailor your time on the road to your personal preferences.
Orientation Details
Drivers selected for this role will attend an orientation program. Please be aware that orientation is unpaid and does not cover accommodation, meals, or travel expenses. During this time, drivers are provided with their own room.
