About the Role
We are seeking self-motivated CDL-A and Class B drivers to join our team for local, regional, and OTR opportunities. The position entails the safe and timely transporting of bulk freight from customer locations to manufacturing, distribution, and retail centers.
As a driver, you will work closely with dispatchers to plan routes and track deliveries. You must be able to read customer orders, follow safety regulations, and work independently under pressure. This role offers high earning potential with competitive commission-based pay by the load (no 1099 status). Most Class A driver locations offer the opportunity to be home daily, while others may be regional or weekly.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must meet specific qualifications, including being at least 22 years old, having one year of Class B experience, and holding an air brakes endorsement. Applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug screening, with no failed drug/alcohol tests in the last three years and limited major or minor violations on their driving record.
