About the Role
The Driver, Trainee Component position is designed to help you take your CDL-A career further. In this role, you will learn the essential functions of a Driver, including the accurate and timely distribution of products to various customer locations. As part of the developmental process, you will gain exposure to warehouse and other operational functions while riding and training with a Driver Trainer.
You will observe and practice the skills required to operate a tractor-trailer safely, including starting the engine, approaching intersections, making turns, backing, parking, and maneuvering on the road and customer premises. Your day will involve ensuring product is secure for undamaged transport, documenting delivery receipts and product temperatures, and providing excellent customer service through on-time deliveries and efficient returns. This role is ideal for those who are safety-focused, reliable, adaptable, and dedicated to moving America forward.

Requirements
