Job Overview
Mesilla Valley Transportation (MVT) is currently hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for regional positions. As the largest privately owned fleet in the United States, MVT combines operational scale with a driver-first philosophy. This role focuses on keeping drivers moving, paid, and respected through optimized lanes, ultra-low equipment downtime, and unique incentive programs.
Compensation and Earnings
- Weekly Pay: Drivers can earn between $1,125 and $1,680 per week, depending on job type, location, experience, and performance.
- Pay Frequency: Steady pay is distributed via weekly direct deposit.
- Note: All pay and bonus amounts are subject to change based on company discretion and may vary by specific role and location.
Freight and Schedule
- Freight Type: 100% no-touch dry van loads. This setup allows drivers to spend more time driving and less time waiting or handling freight.
- Home Time: Flexible options are available, including weekly or bi-weekly home time schedules. Engineered lanes are designed to keep miles steady and minimize downtime.
- Equipment Reliability: The fleet maintains less than 1% equipment downtime. Support includes Penske roadside assistance and replacement trucks to ensure schedules are met.
