About the Role
C.R. England is seeking dependable, experienced CDL-A truck drivers to join our team for a dedicated route servicing Dollar Tree in Warrensburg, MO. This position is designed for drivers who value home time and consistent work, offering a unique opportunity to run solo with dry freight across a multi-state region.
Drivers on this lane will hand unload trailers using rollers at customer locations. The route averages 1,750 miles per week with approximately two loads, covering deliveries across Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, Tennessee, the Dakotas, and the Missouri area. Drivers will collaborate with account managers to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks. This role is ideal for individuals who want to stay active while driving and maintain a high degree of customer service and integrity.
Route Highlights
This dedicated route offers home weekly with a 34-hour reset. Drivers operate top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks and have the opportunity to earn a safe and on-time bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. The position includes a limited-time $2,000 retention bonus offer for those hired by July 27, 2026.
