About the Opportunity

C.R. England is currently hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Kroger account based in the Denver metro area. This role offers a unique blend of stability, premium compensation, and high-quality home time for drivers seeking a long-term career with a growing operation.

The Role

As a driver on this dedicated route, you will primarily operate in Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah. The position features an average of 1,700 weekly miles with consistent freight, ensuring steady work without the uncertainty of spot market fluctuations. You will handle no-touch refrigerated loads, with reefer training provided if needed. The route includes a mix of live unloads and drop-and-hook operations. While most runs are local, mountain loads typically extend to a two-day run.

Drivers on this team enjoy superior home time, with the schedule designed to get you home every other day, including two consecutive days off per week. The fleet consists entirely of new 2025 model trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and auto-chains, supported by 24/7 staff assistance.

Application Instructions

This is a dedicated account with limited positions available. Interested candidates must have a valid CDL-A license, be at least 21 years old, and possess a minimum of three months of current driving experience. Please note that this lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees. All applicants must be able to pass a DOT drug screen and demonstrate a professional driving attitude with a commitment to safety.
