The Driver Experience
Whether you are hauling refrigerated goods or dry van freight, you can expect a predictable schedule and steady work. Drivers typically run 2,200-2,500+ miles per week on consistent OTR lanes. The rhythm involves staying out about two weeks at a time with planned home time built into a reliable work-rest structure.
We prioritize a smoother day-to-day experience with 100% no-touch freight and no forced New York City dispatch. For those seeking variety, dedicated opportunities and regional lanes are available in select locations.
