Compensation and Benefits

Drivers enjoy a competitive starting pay rate ranging from $0.40 to $0.60 per mile (loaded and empty), which includes per diem. Pay increases are reviewed bi-annually for those who maintain accident-free records and high safety scores. Additional compensation opportunities include detention pay, bonus opportunities, layover pay, and stop pay. A weekly guarantee is available for those working a full schedule under specific conditions.
